Valentia Premium Gin & Vodka

Valentia gin and vodka begin in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Granada, Spain using pure and natural spring waters for distillation.

The tradition of sugar cane cultivation dates back more than 1,000 years and the cane is used as a base for these spirits.

Distillation

The pot stills, or alambiques in Spanish, are made by a renowned artisan from Albaicín who moulds the copper using only his hands and a hammer then the stills are assembled piece by piece.

Each batch of these premium spirits yields only 1,000 bottles.

Valentia Gin

Valentia gin is double distilled. Its unique personality is in the combination of these fresh botanicals: juniper, angelica, cardamom, thyme, coriander, rosemary and a final touch of fresh peel of Valencian oranges, lemons and mandarins resulting in a 39% abv distinctive and refreshing citrus gin.

Valentia Vodka

Valentia vodka is a double distilled sugar cane spirit using glacier waters from the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is peat and charcoal filtered resulting in a 40% abv smooth and elegant vodka.
